JND Plumbing and Drain is committed to making our website and our services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as a practical baseline.
What we do
- Use plain, readable type and high contrast between text and background.
- Add descriptive alt text to images of our work.
- Build pages so they can be navigated using a keyboard.
- Keep the site usable on small phone screens, larger desktop screens, and at increased zoom levels.
- Avoid time-based interactions that would be hard for someone using assistive technology.
Where we have gaps
Some older photos on our gallery may not yet have detailed alt text. We are filling those in over time. If you encounter content that isn't accessible to you, please tell us and we'll prioritize fixing it.
